BlueDil International is strengthening its presence in Europe by welcoming on board Marco Grebe as a Regional Country Lead for DACH Region, one of the most strategic and highly regulated European healthcare markets.
Marco holds more than 20 years of experience in pharma industries and biotech, and has a deep understanding of rare diseases, ATMPs and specialty care. During his career, Marco successfully served as high-profile manager in commercial operations, market access, medical affairs and marketing, acquiring a broad knowledge of challenges and opportunities in shaping the European healthcare system.
During his career, Marco has successfully led numerous European product launches, including orphan drugs and innovative therapies. As Vice President of Commecial Operations at TETEC AG, he supervised the launch of ATMPs and significantly contributed to achieving a consistent growth in revenues. His proven experience in market access strategies, price and reimbursement policies will be fundamental for BlueDil’s mission in supporting biotech, start ups and pharma companies aiming to access and expand within the complex European market.
Marco stands out for his ability in building high-performing and functional teams while driving successful collaborations with key stakeholders, including payers, KOLs, and policymakers. His approach to P&L management, sales leadership, and strategic commercial planning has consistently resulted in market expansion, perfectly aligning with BlueDil’s goal of accelerating market access. In fact, Marco’s guidance in engaging key stakeholders and his experience in securing positive G-BA outcomes and reimbursement approvals will be valuable for clients navigating the regulatory and access landscapes in Germany and across the broader DACH region.
